Management Team

Victor Yang started as a neurosurgeon at People's Number One Hospital in Chengdu, China, before joining Bayer Corporation as regional manager. Later, he became the founding director of Chengdu Power and Property Management Consulting Company, providing management consulting for pharmaceutical and healthcare enterprises. He has consultted for The World Bank BPIP project in China, and is an authorized consultant of the Sino-British government SME support project. In 2019, he joined Hiray Pharma Solutions as Executive Vice-President.

Professor Wenbo Liu joined Hiray Pharma Solutions in 2021 and is responsible for ensuring Hiray's chemical development research and technology stays on the cutting edge. Professor Liu is an expert in Asymmetric Catalysis Methodology and Catalyst Design & Sythesis. His Ph.D. is from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry and he completed four-year PostDoc research at California Institute of Technology (CalTech).

Jack Chai joined Hiray Pharma Solutions in 2021 after ten years of research and development work at Wuxi Apptech in China. He has extensive experience in organic synthesis, process development and registration, and currently leads the team of scientists who develop efficient synthetic routes with an emphasis on minimizing environmental impact. Jack is a graduate of Lanzhou University in northwest China.

Cayden Luo joined Hiray Pharma Solutions in 2019 after 15 years in quality control at a pharmaceutical company in China. He has extensive experience in analytical chemistry, quality management, and GMP affairs. He currently leads the quality team of scientists who develop methods and implement policies to ensure Hiray Pharma Solutions is in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices every day in every way possible. Cayden is a graduate of Three Gorges University in Hubei, China.
